In 1994, I opened this high energy sales office, located in Innsbrook, with a goal of taking Real Estate service to a new level. We have expanded and now have a new location at 11225 Nuckols Road. My clients experience a courteous and responsible staff, including listing, showing and contract coordinators.

Evelyn is a licensed agent in the Richmond market, manages contracts by coordinating with attorneys, and lenders. Handles day to day contract commissions. Long & Foster does not take EMDs.
Evelyn ensures customer service, is detail-oriented, and oversees transactions from start to finish, focusing on accuracy for a smooth process.

Anna is tasked with creating all marketing materials for your property. Anna designs promotional materials for both digital distribution and print, targeting the local vicinity and online platforms. Additionally, she oversees the inclusion of all listings into the Multiple Listing Service’s (MLS).
David Mize and his team were extremely helpful in both selling and purchasing our new home.
